ABOUT PRONTO PASTA: Pronto Pasta is a locally owned restaurant created and owned by a Joyner family - The Schrage's. They have donated most of the food and service for the Joyner Noodles & Nonsense event the past 2 years. Pronto Pasta is a family-friendly restaurant where the food is fresh, fast and affordable! Sauces, soups, salad dressings and even desserts are made from scratch in the restaurant daily. At Pronto, pasta is a canvas for all kinds of great flavors, not just for Italian fare. Dishes include Braised Beef with Marsala cream, Bacon Cheeseburger Macaroni, Southwestern Chicken and Smoked Sausage Penne, and the “Build a Mac” option where guests can create their own delicious dish. The menu also features fresh salads, scratch-made soups, unique sandwiches, a Kids menu, beer and wine, and fresh-baked desserts. Owners Ed and Jen Schrage believe Pronto should strive to serve their guests, employees and vendors as well as their community and the environment.
