Thank you so much for the wonderful teacher appreciation gifts last week. I am so lucky to teach this amazing group of kids. I am overwhelmed and can't tell you how much I appreciate all of you.
This week is off and running! The students are working on finishing their soldier journals while we read The Mostly True Adventures of Homer P. Figg and work on our learning contracts. In science we are continuing our learning of Force and Motion and investigating the concepts of balanced and unbalanced forces and motion. In math, the students completed their learning of measurement and took the post test for that unit today. The next week will be spent reviewing concepts for next week's math EOG.
